Our Work with Arbitrum
Partnership Announcement
Chainrisk and Arbitrum have announced a strategic partnership. The collaboration aims to improve the economic security of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols by leveraging Chainrisk's capabilities. This partnership focuses on creating a comprehensive economic security platform tailored to the needs of the Arbitrum ecosystem.
The partnership seeks to enhance risk management within the Arbitrum network by integrating Chainrisk's simulation and risk assessment tools. This includes offering protocols the ability to stress test their designs and conduct in-depth research, ensuring better economic safety and transparency.
Milestone 1 Completion
Chainrisk Simulation Engine is now fully integrated with the Arbitrum Network, enabling developers to create mainnet/testnet forks & run simulations on specific block heights. This allows for precise risk analysis & stress testing of protocols.
Milestone 2 Completion
The milestone focuses on finalizing the simulation engine by implementing security features, cloud deployment, testing, community engagement, and documentation.
Milestone 3 Completion
The primary goal of this milestone was to revamp the backend and cloud infrastructure to support large-scale Monte Carlo simulations. This effort is intended to provide more advanced and efficient ways to offer static parameter recommendations and incentive optimization strategies. The milestone sets out to improve the system’s ability to handle stochastic simulations, which involve predicting random price paths based on statistical models (particularly GARCH models and its variants, which capture volatility clustering and time variation varying stochasticity).
This milestone aims to allow the system to run multiple simulations simultaneously, ensuring scalability. Optimizations are also planned to increase the transaction throughput for extended simulations, enabling deeper analysis and minimizing network latency or timeout issues.
